THE EXPRESS PROGRAM
The Express Program provides employers fast, simple access to grant-funded training, helping businesses in Massachusetts respond to emerging needs. Last year, the Express Program awarded hundreds of training grants totaling more than $13 million dollars, with applications accepted and grants awarded on a rolling basis throughout the year.
ELIGIBILITY
Massachusetts businesses with 3 to 100 employees
Trainees must be company employees
Certificate of Good Standing required
$15,000 limit per company/year$ 3,000 per employee/course
REIMBURSMENTS
3 Week Approval Process
UP to $3000 per employee reimbursement
≤100 employees: Group workshop reimbursement
Subsidize training costs
