As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and transparency, we want to inform you of our cancellation policy. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before becoming a member of Real Estate University.

Membership Commitment:

When you become a member of Real Estate University, you are committing to a minimum of 6 months of membership. During this period, you will not be able to cancel your membership or receive a refund. This rule is in place to ensure that our members have enough time to fully experience and benefit from all that our program has to offer.

Trial Period:

We offer a 29-day trial period for new members. If you attend at least 17 huddle meetings in the first 29 days of your membership and do not see the value in our program, you can cancel your membership before the 2nd payment is due. To cancel, you must provide written notice via email at least 24 hours before the payment due date.

Cancellation:

Cancellation must be submitted through https://realestatelistings.club/reu-cancellation or via email to david@davidscoaching.com and a phone conversation with David is required for all cancellation requests before processing.

Additional Terms:

* Memberships are non-transferable.

* We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, without notice, if you violate any of our policies or engage in inappropriate behavior.

* By becoming a member, you agree to abide by all of our policies and procedures.
